The Challenge
Following acquisitions of multiple businesses and a recent rebrand, Jurni Leasing had a requirement to consolidate their cloud presence into one tenancy.
Each acquired company had its own IT set-up, including different domains, Active Directory, and cloud tenancies. In addition to this the lack of consistent security policies across the individual tenancies & devices posed a serious risk to sensitive data, whilst manual internal PC Builds were being problematic to operations causing inefficiencies and errors which hindered scalability.

The Approach
Air IT conducted a thorough assessment of existing infrastructure, identifying redundancies and areas for consolidation. We devised a plan to migrate all domains to a single Active Directory domain and consolidate cloud tenancies into a unified Microsoft 365 tenant.
We recommended implementing Microsoft Intune for modern device management, Compliance policies were defined to enforce requirements such as PIN protection, device encryption, and minimum OS versions, as well as Conditional Access policies to allow or block access based on device compliance status and user context.
To eliminate manual PC builds, we also proposed the adoption of Windows AutoPilot.
The Outcome
Jurni witnessed transformative outcomes across several key areas of their business, integrating all acquired businesses into a single Microsoft 365 tenant. This consolidation has enabled seamless access to resources organisation-wide, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
Moreover, the implementation of enhanced security measures has been instrumental in safeguarding Jurni’s data. With Intune compliance policies and Conditional Access policies now in place, only compliant devices can access resources, significantly reducing security risks. While the deployment of device encryption further fortifies Jurni’s defences against evolving threats.
In terms of operational efficiency, the adoption of Windows AutoPilot has revolutionised device deployment processes. By pre-configuring devices through hardware vendors and shipping them directly to end-users, Jurni has drastically reduced deployment times. This has alleviated the burden of manual configuration tasks for our staff, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives. Additionally, streamlined enrolment procedures for new starters have ensured timely onboarding, contributing to overall organisational agility and effectiveness.
