The Great People Awards
The Great People Awards is one of the ways we recognise and congratulate colleagues for going above and beyond and living our company values. It’s really important for us to celebrate not just client feedback, but also peer recognition that has been given and received.
The winners and runners-up of this quarter’s awards should be really proud of what they have achieved this year and we look forward to helping them continue to grow at Air IT.
How we celebrate our Great People
The Great People Awards consist of three categories.
The Outstanding Customer Service Award is based on positive feedback from our client surveys, recognising the outstanding work of our Service Delivery team.
The L.O.V.E (Living Our Values Everyday) Award celebrates the employee that has given and received the most points in our employee rewards system, based on our company values of Innovation, Commitment, Community and Excellence.
The Spotlight Award recognises performance and people who are going above and beyond in their role. The award will be given based on nominations from Head of Departments, where the Senior Management Team will look at overall performance, completed objectives and achievements.
Outstanding Customer Service
In third and second place respectively were Ben Gudmensen and Ben Humphreys.
The winner of this quarter’s Outstanding Customer Service Award was Michael Lock, a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer from our West Midlands office.
L.O.V.E (Living Our Values Every Day) Award
In third and second place respectively were Richard Smith and Jess Dilks.
The winner of this quarter’s L.O.V.E Award was Daniel Newton from our Internal IT team. Dan helps colleagues across the Group on a daily basis with everyday IT issues, as well as contributing to various internal projects and integrations.
The Spotlight Award
The winner of our Spotlight Award was Johnathan Miller from our Account Management team. A massive well done to Johnathan who received two nominations in Q4 for his dedication and hard work to make sure our clients are happy.
I would like to nominate Jonathan Miller. In a very short period of time he has taken the business by storm, smashing his numbers month in month out, building effective relationships with all his clients, building trust and most importantly doing it with a smile on his face. He is a pleasure to work with, and his clients back this up.
Since joining in August 2022 he has displayed exceptional levels of professionalism and hard work to support the West Midlands team. Jonathan constantly works longer hours than is expected to ensure both Air IT staff and clients get the time needed to ensure our relationship is kept at the highest level possible.
Employee of the Year 2022
We’ve received nominations from managers across Air IT who have put forward people who have excelled in their roles in 2022.
We’d like to say a huge well done and thank you to everyone for your hard work over 2022. The nominees were Sam Huckfield, Rob Heathcote, Harry Hall, Liam Hull, Paige Smith and Rob Evanson.
The winner of our Employee of the Year 2022 Award was Liam Hull from the Professional Services team at our Nottingham office.
Liam has been a long-standing member of Air IT and truly embodies all of our values. He has adapted to change and always does everything with his colleagues and our clients interests at heart. The great feedback we receive for him is endless
