The Great People Awards are our quarterly awards for colleagues that go above and beyond and live Air IT’s values on a daily basis. Congratulations to all of the 2023 winners and runners-up.
The Great People Awards
The Great People Awards are one way we identify and thank employees who go above and beyond in order to live our business values. It is critical for us to recognise not only client feedback, but also peer acknowledgment that has been provided and received.
The winners and runners-up of this quarter’s awards should be extremely proud of their accomplishments this year, and we look forward to assisting them in continuing to grow at Air IT.
How we celebrate our Great People
We’ve been rethinking how we reward and celebrate achievement across Air IT, and the Great People Awards have undergone some adjustments as a result. There will be one winner per quarter in each region for each award, and we’re pleased to be able to honour and recognise additional employees across the organisation.
We’ve added two new award categories to replace our previous three (Outstanding Customer Service, L.O.V.E Values, and Spotlight). Each award winner will earn a £300 bonus.
Introducing our new categories:
The Customer Excellence Award recognises an individual within each region, who has delivered exceptional service and gone above and beyond in their role to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer experience.
The Regional Recognition Award is an colleague nominated award, where anyone in the company can nominate someone they’ve seen someone go above and beyond in their role to deliver a significant impact to a region. The Regional Recognition Award goes to someone who is recognised by their colleagues as living our values. A member of the team who has exceed in their role, completed their objectives and made a significant impact in the region.
At the start of each quarter, the Head of Regional Operations will communicate with their teams about what the regional focus is and some criteria that they’ll be looking for when they choose the winner.
