Joining from PE-backed Go City, Katherine brings extensive experience in the Leisure, Retail, and Banking industries, having previously held roles at Breaking Wave, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s. She is focused on strengthening Air IT’s company culture, employee engagement, and talent development to support a thriving and inclusive workplace. Katherine’s passion lies in creating environments where people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow. At Air IT, she will play a key role in evolving the company’s people strategy and driving a culture of inclusion and high performance across all levels of the organisation.
